Information you choose to share

When you email Wes, we receive your address and the information you choose to include, such as your goals, application timing, and availability. If you submit a website form, we privately save the fields you provide. We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request. Please do not include classified information, service records, or other sensitive documents.

Free resources and email updates

The book preview, application checklist, reader guide, and quiz results are available without an email address. For the reader toolkit, we privately save your email address and request to provide access to all four editable templates.

The toolkit downloads unlock on the reader page after signup. You can download each template or a ZIP containing all four. No toolkit email is sent.

A signed, essential access cookie keeps the downloads unlocked for up to 30 days. It contains no email address. Template entries stay in your downloaded files and are not sent to this website. You can separately opt in to MBA advice and coaching offers. A toolkit signup or call inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing without that choice. You can withdraw an update request by emailing wes@thembaopord.com.

Where visitors come from

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website use. We also store limited first-visit and recent-page information in your browser for up to 30 days: source, medium and campaign labels, page path, and referring website origin. If you submit a form, those details are included with the request to help us understand which resources lead to inquiries. This attribution is approximate and may be unavailable if browser storage is blocked or cleared.

We do not intentionally include your email address, notes, or qualification answers in analytics events. Full referring URLs and arbitrary query parameters are not retained in inquiry attribution. You can clear this browser storage through your browser settings.

Hosting, storage, email, and scheduling

Vercel hosts this website and its analytics. Form submissions use private Vercel Blob storage, accessible with server credentials rather than public download links. We may record inquiry status, amounts collected for coaching, and delivery hours to manage the practice. Recording those amounts does not charge a payment.

To arrange a free 20-minute strategy call, email wes@thembaopord.com with your goals, timing, and availability. Wes replies to arrange a time. The website does not book calendar slots or require a call-request form first. Your email service processes messages you choose to send. This website does not automatically add call inquiries to a mailing platform.

Access and your choices

We use inquiry information to manage the relationship and do not sell it for marketing. To request access, correction, deletion, or an end to email updates, contact wes@thembaopord.com. We may need to retain records required for existing engagements or applicable obligations. This page will be updated when the way we handle information changes.
